We are confident you will love our products! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we do offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are available for unaltered products with original packaging intact.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact us at: info@glowrhino.com to begin a return. Give a detailed description of the issue you encountered along with a photo of the problem.
2. Customers will be responsible for their own return postage.
3. Drop package off at the nearest USPS dropoff.

Refunds will be credited back within 1-2 weeks.
